If you coming for 3 months on a 60 day visa, get a cheap onward ticket, airline might stop you from boarding, if your return flight runs over the 60 day visa.

I had to do the same ,a map from chainart imagration office, to my home ,which is 30 kilometers away,through a lot of small roads and village, we drove 3 times back and forth, also photo inside and out side of the house with you on them,
