I got my Non O stamped today and they stapled a ‘receipt of notification’ in my passport which I assume was a 90 day report they did for me

while the info from James is great you really need to visit the local immigration office and get a handout of their specific requirements. I am in the process of converting a tourist to a non o and they wanted lots of things such as utility bills from the owner of my rental to help prove ownership
