Can I apply for a DTV in Laos or Malaysia while having an active Non-O retirement extension with a reentry permit?
If I have an existing extension of a Non O for retirement with a reentry permit can I apply for a DTV in Laos or Malaysia ? In other words will the consulate issue me a DTV while my extension of stay based on retirement is still active? I would have two active ‘visas’ at the same time. Will they do it ?
