you misunderstood and didn’t do your research before. Go to the main immigration office and downstairs they will do a basic check of your paperwork before sending you to the queue. The lady that has the copy shop behind the office also knows what docs you need and how many copies etc.

With regards to immigration or a Thai Consulate it’s pure fraud renting a ticket with no intention of it being used. It’s pretty simple. Should not be that hard to understand even for you
