!! Pity Thailand is not there yet to officialy accept such a marriage. Especially in such a free country concerning same sex. Still, I read somewhere in the past "they" are busy with it. Sorry, getting off topic......

I am indeed afraid that he can only ask for the extension himself with unfortunately the 65k-plus per month (with income statement) or 800k฿ on the bank 🙄 IF his age is over 50.

And watch out

you not buy an STV (SPECIAL tourist visa for 90 days). With that visa you only can extend it 2 times 90 days with no possibility to get an incountry Non imm. O.

I think

, that living a very decent life in Thailand, costs FAR more less, then living in y'r (or mine) country. Almost half amount I think. But why you come here then ?

. But you loose 600k฿, which still is a serious amount I think. Only for a couple of hours work in a year.
