local immigration gave me at that time a list with approved accepted insurance companies for my 2nd year. However, they also informed me twice wrong in the past for important topics.

in my case end of 2023 no one at immigration asked for 800.000 thb or 65k a month when I got my 2nd stamp. Had to show new local

Insurance certificate. Done at Immigration hat Yai airport.

Had non oa too. But you must cross check with Thai immigration internet page, that for the 2nd year, entering again with the given validity of your renewed health insurance, that this is a mandatory Thai local certificate. Not a European health insurance. And some Thai insurance work on your request only 1 month before start of validity. So you can not enter a starting date months in advance. My case AXA Thailand.

Thai immigration turned into bad behavior with $$$ requests to stay in country. Although married with Thai and ….. too complicated to mention. Fed up.

no, 2nd year. Stamp valid Oct. 4th, 2024. I change in 2025 to non o. Suppose incountry non OA requirements r identical to external non OA requirements in EU as my initial were in 2022.

Officer handed out EOS checklist for non oa to be continued in Thailand. $$$, health insurance, plus I don’t understand due to Thai language. For this EOS I don’t need border bounce.

But I wanted to ask & confirm by him that I do need to leave Thailand in case of non OA change to non o. What is still the situation I suppose. However I do continue with EOS non OA requirements 1 year more and then new attempt to talk to this guys here for non o.
