Your question is simple and the answer is go to immigration with the correct paperwork and submit your request for a 30 day extension. There are no issues with this request Thai immigration don't care about these types of extensions

yes it's in your country bank account. 180 days then extend another 180 days then go out and it starts again you have this for 5 years. I mean when you go out it can be a nice holiday in Laos,Cambodia,Vietnam wherever no other applications it just starts again

that's nice but it's not mandatory to getting a teaching position. Depends on the school ,location,and need l guess. Just trying to put it out there especially for Native Speakers there is a real shortage of them

if it's dental work or a medical condition that requires follow up appointments then you will get other appointments. Hence continuing treatment. There is no specification for medical treatment like a specific illness so high blood pressure, prostate,diabetes, cholesterol. But a check up at a GP come on he was an idiot donating his 10,000 bht

TEFL has nothing to do with the pay scale. It's a nice to have to add to your CV but not critical some teaching experience in anything is looked in more favourably. Basically if you get an interview they will choose who presents best and says the right things. They have a budget for salary that's it.
