Depends where you buy the car. If you buy from a dealer they usually do the transfer you just give them a copy of passport and visa. Private if they will go to transport office with you and you have paperwork done. I have never needed a resident certificate

400 bht for ATM card but you don't need a card. Just ask staff to download and set up the banks app on phone then you can do everything on you phone even withdrawals from ATM this also has no fees for withdrawal or payments

There is no fee to open a bank account. You only have to deposit minimum 500 bht into your account.you don't have to buy anything from the bank they have never asked me.

great advise the schools want you to be in Thailand. So many people apply from outside and never turn up.Comr in a visa exemption then apply where you want once you get accepted the school will take care of the visa and work permit good luck. Don't get hung up on the TEFL as long as you have a degree in anything you will be ok good luck

Change you visa idea. Do a DVT soft option for medical treatment it's for 5 years 10,000 bht 180days + 180 day extension then leave come back start again for 5 years

you don't need on onward ticket. It's how you answer when asked. If you are just belligerent you get a ticket cause you don't know any better. You are in your rights to buy a one way ticket if you have a visa you can leave prior to that time when where and how you want. Airline staff to not get to set those rules. If they insist ask to speak to a manager. Stand your ground. Only been asked once in Australia by Jetstar and I said it's my choice as a traveller l can leave via any way l want as a traveller as long as l don't overstay. They were fine with that.
