Thank you for sharing this. I just did a quick study and understood it’s a ‘ditta individuale’ structure in Italy where your company = exact you.
In this case it makes sense that you submit your company statement, and applying in Rome.
If you are in Rome, I’d suggest you to contact the embassy to double check if this works before applying. (Though) Most of the time the embassy won’t be able to answer you directly, your case especially, coz it’s a special structure. If they fail to give you a direct yes or no, then you may give a go with it (with some risk but we can try minimize that, e.g I’d suggest to attach your tax file (btw which one you file? You or the company) ; Also maybe have a letter of clarification as well to proactively clarify it.
Or to play safe, move the fund to personal accounts and wait till eligible to apply.
You need to have active cash account from a regular Bank. Especially if apply from countries in Asia.
There are some exemption cases succeeded with an investment account but that’s not the majority and usually depends on detailed documentation, forms of that capital, overall portfolio and importantly which embassy reviews your case.
It’s better to relocate the 500k fund into an active bank account and after DTV approves you may move it back to investment account.
However 3 month time length of the 500k is mostly asked by embassy in Asia. So far Taiwan and Indonesia are fine as long as the total ending is there, but you need to supplier others docs to justify.
Wait for three month then apply is better; but if you are in rush, fyi our recent case last week in Jakarta approved with latest 2 months statement over 500K + solid application preps.
Anonymous participant 442 True, if you can apply under workation I think you should do workation, also it’s always better than soft power in a longer term.
In case of rejection, if you have a reason for the rejection (written on the email), you can attach to your next application and proactively disclose it and explain why it was rejected - I’d advise you do so if rejection is clearly written due to 1) Documents insufficient 2) Interviews no-show 3) other temporary issues.
If just a rejection without reason written then you can just go ahead do another application ina regular route, but more well prepared. :)
I hope this comment would go trash because your current application will pass! Good luck.
