Need some advise, as every consultant I reach out to won't answer a simple question.
For LTR wealthy pensioners visa, it says you need a passive income of 80k USD or 40K USD with an investment of 250K USD in Thailand.
All I need to know is whether dividends from my own company (essentially set up like a holding company), is considered legitimate for this calculation or does it have to be from a non arms reach source?
Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether dividends received from their own company can qualify as passive income for the LTR Wealthy Pensioners Visa in Thailand. Responses from the community suggest that dividends likely count as passive income, but direct consultation with the BOI (Board of Investment) is recommended for an official answer. Many users stress the importance of contacting BOI representatives for accurate information.
