wrong. The only law they have in place is land border visa exempt TWO in one calendar year.

The Ministry of Education can also link both passport together. If you want to change passport than you need to fly out as Israeli, come back as Russian. For Russian it is easy to border bounce every month.... until you can apply for a more suitable visa.

it is not a game, these are legal options. BTW I fully support Elite Visa, much better than all other BS out there. Or you consider this a game too?

If you plan to marry I would not apply for O-A. Just come as Tourist, get married and apply Non O in HCMC or Savannakhet.
