So I just wanted to tell that I got my SETV in Vientiane 2 days ago, but it wasn't without a small hustle.
I had to go inside the consulate building because I didn't have a bank statement when I applied for it (I had missunderstood where the show of cash was needed so I brought the 20k and not a bank statement, but never had to show the 20k, nor when I went back into Thailand)
They also wanted a copy of my girlfriends ID card and proof of onward ticket so I had to go to a hotel and booking + print out my booking for returnflight. (No problem doing so but I thought proof of onward ticket wasn't needed in Vientiane)
