Can my Romanian partner on a Visa on Arrival in Thailand extend her stay for 14 days?

And for the everyone THIS is the difference between a visa on arrival stamp (that let's people from 21 countries in for 15 days) and a 30 day visa exempt entry (that let's people from 46 countries in for 30 days)

If it's a visa on arrival, she first got 15 days and you can extend it for 7 days more, is she had tourist visa, she got 2 months in airport and then can extend another one month directly from inside Thailand.

You don't get an extension. If you look at your stamp, it says extension denied.

if on Tourist Visa than 30days extension. If she came in on Visa on arrival than a 7 days denial of extension.
