ONLINE LONDON: from a customer of mine: Hi, a bit more info for you. I am still pursuing the O-A visa, but it's been a terrible experience, The on line application is impossible to negotiate, infact it broke down completely. I tried to contact the Embassy and that's impossible too. So I sent them a letter, and they phoned me. I am trying to get the Visa by telephone and email, they know the problems and they are now trying to help me. I confirm that the non O multiple is not available. If you apply to a Consulate they have to ask the Embassy for permission which always gets refused........ I ask members like Ron Angel if people were successful with their recent online appointments ? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
A customer facing difficulties with the O-A visa application expresses frustration over the online process, indicating it is cumbersome and prone to technical issues. Efforts to contact the Embassy have also been challenging, leading to a reliance on letters and phone calls for assistance. The user confirms that obtaining a non O multiple visa is complicated, as local Consulates must seek permission from the Embassy, which is frequently denied. They seek input from others regarding their recent experiences with online appointments.
