We have just been informed, today, Tuesday 25th July 2017, that countries with 90 days bilateral agreement with Thailand, namely, Brazil, South Korea, Peru, Argentina and Chile will not be stamped OUT/IN for anolther 90 days visa exempt at any Thai-Cambodian border. It is OK to do a border bounce if they are holder of multiple entry Tourist or Non Immigrant Visa. Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
As of July 25, 2017, citizens from Brazil, South Korea, Peru, Argentina, and Chile can no longer receive an additional 90-day visa exemption when crossing at Thai-Cambodian borders if they are not holders of a multiple entry Tourist or Non-Immigrant Visa. There are ongoing discussions among expats regarding the possibility of similar exemptions at Malaysia or Laos borders and the status at the Ranong border.

, they did not announce in advance, they just pulled our Brazilian customer to the side together with my staff and told them, sorry, can not stamp your country and the other countries for 90 days anymore. If you have multiple entry visa yes, but not visa exempt 90 days.

I do not know about the rule for Thai-Malaysian border. Immigration at border here at Ban Laem told us that these 90 days visa exempt stamps for the 5 countries (Argentina, Peru, South Korea, Brazil and Chile) can not be obtained at Thai-Cambodian border anymore.

Good to know. There was a report of a South Korean being denied bouncing out/in at the Mae Sai Tachiliek border with burma last week.

Do you know if they can exit/re-enter at the borders with Malaysia or Lao?

@Iv**
, yep they're fine (y)

are EU nationals still OK at Mae Sai do you think? I was hoping to do a 2nd (and last) out/in there shortly.
