I use highway n they have branch at Bangchak bts. Quite reasonable rates.

There are 4 terminals which are connected by sky trains. There is a theatre n also a nice hotel within the terminal so you don’t need to go out

Try going another amphur. The Amphur office is very friendly in Silom.

Sorry to jump in your post - but for marriage visa - can the person work in Thailand? And must he also get a work permit as well in addition to the marriage visa ?

Thailand is getting desperate for money n think that tourists is the best option to bring money into the economy.

Have they not thought about the cost to the tourist who come n when they return they need to serve quarantine - because the 46 countries do not feel that Thailand is a safe country ?

Don’t feel the prices have moved .. in fact if u check per condo - they are still advertising the same price per unit like 3years ago…. Nothing moves.

The condo market is all foreigners .. and the unrealistic n uninformed property agents are clueless on what is ‘market price’.

Thais don’t buy second hand so only foreigners will pay for the ridiculous prices advertised which if u compare to other countries is still considered cheap but is ridiculous to the locals.
