TLDR : Answer Summary
For first-time 90-day reporting in Muang Thong Thani, you do not need to make an appointment to report in person. You are required to fill out the TM47 form, which can be obtained at the immigration office or downloaded online. There's no fee for this report. Though some suggest doing it online, it seems first-time filers must do it in person. It typically takes 5 minutes to complete the process, but the waiting time may vary.
Free and only 5 mins. online. The $1,900 is for new visa once a year

I’m beyond believe this immigration blog. A 90 day report takes 5 minutes. Go to your nearest office. Simply in Nakhon Ratchasima the last paper will be removed in passport and staple a new 90 day report. . It’s takes 5 minutes morons
Not where I live, first you have to register online. But can be different in other immigration places.

just show up, you don't need an appointment. A 90 day reoprt requires a filled out TM47 <- notification of 90 day report form (they have them there or you can download it before you go)
