TLDR : Answer Summary
To file a TM30 after changing your address in Thailand, your landlord is typically responsible for filing it on your behalf. However, if necessary, you can file it yourself by providing the required documentation, including your lease agreement and the landlord's identification. Once the TM30 is filed for your new address, you can file your 90-day report online. Note that your 90-day report due date remains unchanged despite moving; it continues from your initial entry into Thailand.

I just move house 2 months ago. I obtained a copy of his house book and id and did it myself. They also took a copy of my lease aggreement. It is the responcility of the landlond but in reality you do it.

If you have decent landlord/agent they can, and should, file the TM30 for you.

Your 90 day report due date does not reset if you move address, day 1 is still the day you were originally stamped into Thailand so days 90, 180, 270 etc remain unchanged.

Your landlord files TM30 for you.

You can do 90 day report online for your address after a TM30 has been filed for that address.
