Should I buy airline tickets for after Oct 15 , I seen a report stating Bangkok will reopen ,no quarantine?

DO NOT BUY AIRLINE TICKETS OR BOOK HOTEL ROOMS. Thailand is not reopening yet and when it does in months ahead it will include controls like seen in the Phuket sandbox in several locations.
