TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for a representative office (rep office) to cancel a work visa involves several steps. First, the employee must obtain documentation from the employer confirming their last day of work. This documentation is then taken to the department of labor along with the work permit for cancellation. Subsequently, the employee must take both the documentation and the canceled work permit to the immigration office that issued their work extension to complete the cancellation of the visa. If the employee is still under the original 90-day NON-B visa, they cannot independently cancel the visa.

You need to get documentation from your employer that states your last day of work.

You take that to the department of labor with your work permit and cancel your work permit.

Then you take the documentation along with your cancelled work permit to the immigration office that issued your work extension and they'll cancel it.

If you're still on the original 90 day non-B visa, you cannot cancel a visa.
