TLDR : Answer Summary
After successfully obtaining online approval for your 90-day reporting in Thailand, you will typically receive two emails: a confirmation of your request and an approval email with an attachment that includes the date for your next reporting. If you do not receive this approval email, you may need to check your application status. Additionally, it is advisable to manually note the reporting date in your diary or phone calendar, as you will also receive a reminder email about two weeks prior to the next reporting due date.
You get a report slip. You're supposed to carry it in your passport

You should get 2 emails, the first one is confirmation that they received your request.
The second email is approval, and should have an attachment. Near the bottom of the 2nd page it should have the date of your next report.
If you didn't receive the 2nd email you may not have gotten approved yet. If you did but don't see an attachment, log back in and download the approval document.
