Are you asking:

on the Thai E-Visa website, you have already selected to submit your Thai E-Visa application to a particular Thai Embassy/Consulate and now want to select a different Thai Embassy/Consulate?

Answer = No!

Also, as your bank card payment has already been processed, remember, there are no refunds....

However, at both "longer established" Thai Embassies/Consulates issuing Thai E-Visa for years and "newer" Thai Embassies/Consulates that have switched over earlier this year to Thai E-Visa's, processing times have improved and shortened, as evidenced by quite a few actual reports by members in this Facebook Group lately....

Last day for accepting visa applications to be issued Thai Visa Stickers is tomorrow ( 16 December 2024 )

When you had submitted a Thai E-Visa application via the Thai E-Visa website thaievisa.go.th to the Thai Embassy/Consulate from where you received your DTV Visa as a Thai E-Visa PDF file via email or downloaded the PDF on the Thai E-Visa website, then you will NOT receive a Thai Visa Sticker in your passport book.

if anyone had physically went to a Thai Embassy/Consulate to submit their Thai Visa application in-person, then they will receive their DTV Visa Sticker in their passport book and will not receive any PDF's.

You cannot get your DTV Visa as Thai Visa Sticker as you already received your Thai E-Visa as a PDF.

Everyone always needs to double-check every Entry Stamp (or sticker or system entry for scenarios where they don't ink stamp passport books anymore) by any immigration officer on every entry to make sure there were given the correct entry and stay period. This self double-check applies to all countries, all the time.

Actually, this is a situation not seen that often:

Thai Embassy in Rabat has started Thai E-Visa since 26 November 2024, but there is a visa interview for an E-Visa!

It seems that the visa interview appointment email was sent out via the Thai E-Visa system (automated email message).

Albeit, Rabat just started with the Thai E-Visa system, but other embassies/consulates have also recently started and I have yet to see any reports of visa interviews for E-Visas at those other locations....

Which Thai Embassy/Consulate did you apply at and receive approval from?

From your email that you received from Thai Embassy in London requesting additional documentation, it seems either:

1.) they suspect or know that you submitted a Thai E-Visa application in Thailand = asking about departure flights exit out of Thailand and departure exit stamps by Thai immigration....

or

2.) you had submitted a Thai E-Visa application to the Thai Embassy in London, but they suspect or know that you are no longer in the UK and asking about departing flights exit out of the UK....

Well, on the Thai E-Visa website, if one had selected a Thai Embassy/Consulate in China to submit their E-Visa application, then one of the supporting documents you would need to upload and attach is a NIA record which only foreigners (non–Chinese) with a China Resident ID Number and China Phone Number would be able to access and provide....
