I have already 8 consecutive covid extension from 2020 and never left, come visa exempt from Cambodia border in 2020. someone same me get one more Covid extension again after 25 March? Monday I will ask immigration, but better ask here too, thanks

Do I have to use the Jomtien immigration office if I live in Pattaya?

it depends on where you reside in Chonbury. For example, Si Racha in Chonbury has its own immigration office. I confirm that for Pattaya it is located in Jomtien, but Pattaya Jomtien is not for the whole Chonbury.

Can I apply for a COVID visa extension in Pattaya if my STV visa is soon expiring?

Yes it's normal in jomtien, he spoke to me the same, but you can go from 7 days before , they will apply . If you pay agency they apply anytime, because they are happy to share a lot of more money

in some immigration offices you will be denied to obtain the non-O for the retrement even if you have all the documents in order and over 50 years, but the agencies do it easily for you by paying

In Jomtien immigration they ask again 3 copy, 1 copy passport page with photo, 1 page visa entry and 1 last page under consideration

I have to renew, if they give appointment after 4 months and police stop me during that time, they give fine anyway?

What are the current rules regarding COVID extensions for visas in Thailand?

Antony thanks for reply, in my case I had no issues,they easy attached me covid extension from the last stamp of medical visa from agency, no wife or thai friend with me.But now the new rules speak about non immigrant etc not eligible, I would like to know if the medical visa from agency is not eligible too
