TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the feasibility of transferring Russian rubles from a Russian bank to a Thai bank, especially in light of sanctions and the removal of the ruble from services like Wise and Revolut, along with Russia's exclusion from the SWIFT payment system.

I think they removed Russian rubles now from wise and revolut, Russia is banned from the swift payment system.
