Hi I would have a question about how the fine tm 30 works. I had already had a room in jomtien chonbury with tm 30. I haven’t been out of Thailand in years. about a month ago I took another room in rayong with annual contract, the owner did not do the 30 tm.now I decided to leave the room of jomtien. If I go to the rayong immigration to make new tm 30 of the room in rayong and show the contract started already a month ago, do I have to pay the fine for delay? thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about potential fines for delayed TM30 registration after moving from a rental in Jomtien to a new place in Rayong. Multiple comments responded, suggesting that as long as the user has been registered and physically stayed in Jomtien, there's no requirement to register again in Rayong merely due to having a rental contract. It was advised to file the new TM30 registration online and that past registration history is not significant.

Your past TM30 history does not matter, just file your new one preferably online

Wow how do you do a tm30 online. My landlord didn't do one and the last time I was at imagination they gave me a hard time about it.

If you’ve been registered and physically stayed in Jomtien, you’ll don’t need to be registered also in Rayong just because you’ve had a running rental contract there. It’s where you physically stay that matters.
