Hi all, I have to do my first 90 day report in Jomtien, is it enough to show the screenshot on my phone of the TM30 or do I have to print it? Do I also need to make copies of my passport? Thank you Merry Christmas!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among community members is that you should print all required documentation, including the TM30, when attending your 90-day report at immigration. Although it's suggested that a screenshot might seem sufficient, Thai immigration prefers physical copies for documentation and signing processes. It's also advisable to carry copies of your passport and any related paperwork, even considering environmental concerns about excessive photocopying.

90 day, just show up before the expire date.

State why you are there, give your passport.

They will fill in a new paper and attach to your book.

TM30 is required for 90 day report?

I would think that every immigration office will have on site or close by a copy shop. If you don’t have access to a printer take it there and they will print for you.

Thanks, I asked this question because I do not like to make a lot of photocopies maybe useless and waste time and paper harmful to our planet, on the other hand if they ask me I saw people make the long line even for photocopies inside the Jomtien Immigration, I wanted to avoid this if possible having the certainty if they are needed or not.

Saving trees is not in the Thai “playbook”. Print everything.

I can only speak for in Bangkok this year, but having been in Thailand years, immigration love paper, so I would take a copy of it as you will likely if they ask for it, need to sign it.

Your 90 report is based on your TM30 record you have filed with Immigration already.

It's just a case of presenting your passport and getting a new stamp.

Then you can apply to do it online for the next time via the app.

But as previously stated keep copies of all paperwork, scanned or screenshots and have a blue ink pen.

Thai immigration love's paper work so you will have to print it and hand it in 🤣😅

ALWAYS print everything you need for immigration. Maybe even twice. And only use blue ink for signing the pages and filling in the forms.
