The odd thing is that you do not need to change your branch, except for the ATM fees) but if you want to change your physical address, you have to do it at your home branch. Just verified that.

a proxy is used to allow the owner to delegate the renter to do it.

I stated that I am a renter.

I also stated that I did not want infirmation on who was "supposed" to do it.

As to why, I have lived in 3 different condos as a renter. All three were foreign owned and were out of Thailand for extended periods. Not easy to get them to do TM30s from overseas, especially within 24 hours.
