Rule number one in Thailand get the best medical insurance you can afford many of the guys over here have cut ties with there home country and are unable to return because of finances yes if you returned to the UK the NHS would kick in but where do you live if undergoing treatment for cancer etc never burn your bridges

Maybe try the old methords garlic honey tumeric onion concoctions

UK resident i all ready pay tax on my pensions i am married to a thai we intended to come back to retire next year surely they can not tax me again on my pensions and if they did what do we get back i just find this incredible we bring our funds into Thailand putting it into the Thai economy and get stung again if this does happen we will be having a bit of a rethink
