EDIT. I appreciate the comments regarding why didnt I do this or that hindsight eh?

Hello Admin please approve.

This is a real story, which I hope will benefit others. After a concussion in England, I returned to Pattaya in September and went to a well known hospital in North Pattaya whose HQ is in Bangkok. I saw a neurologist who was recommended by a number of people on Facebook. He was 45 minutes late looking dishevelled, not at all like a doctor. I went alone and after a hurried consultation, he somehow decided I needed injections in my neck and back to deal with concussion. Before he explained what he was going to do or give me the opportunity to ask questions, he started to give me injections in neck and back, every one went in 2.5cm. The pain from every injections was indescribable but by the time he had finished he had given me 31 trigger point Injections. Halfway through, he got me to sign a piece of paper giving authorisation I guess. I don't speak Thai and him and his nurse didn't talk to me much about the injections or talk about aftercare. This was 13 weeks ago. I left the hospital in great pain and since then I have been back to that hospital 3 times to see him, 2 times to see another neurologist, 2 times to see a gastroenterologist and once to see a physiotherapist. They gave me a free MRI on my neck and brain because i complained that the injections affected me badly. They are all covering up for the initial guy who gave me the injections. I have massive shaking in my arms legs and feet, pain in my neck, back and shoulders. I have lost sense of feeling in my arms, I cannot walk because my legs hurt so much. I have lost every muscle in my body, legs arms, the lot and have lost 12kg in weight. I feel sick all the time and have diarrhoea 20 times a day on average. My kidneys have started playing up and I am peeing brown blood urine. My diabetis is now totally out pf control as are the problems with my pancreas and blood pressure. I have been to 2 other hospitals, both saying they could not help, after I paid for treatment. Because of my age and previous history I could not get insurance so I self pay. Despite spending a fortune on treatment, the hospital are denying liability, it feels like I am terminally ill and I am gutted. Had I know this would be the outcome I would not have gone anywhere near that hospital and would urge anyone reading this to avoid this hospital unless essential. So my message is:

1 Don't use this hospital for any treatment

2 If you decide to use them always go with someone

3 Do not agree to any treatment on the day at any hospital

4 If you do have treatment there or anywhere, do research on the doctor, what treatment he is going to do and the side effects of any proposed medicines or injections to be used

5 Do not sign anything at all other than to pay your bill

6 Do not take recommendations from others on facebook or anywhere else do your own research.

I have attached photos for others to see my treatment and after effects, before and after these injections. Apart from the odd headache, I was physically fit and strong with reasonable muscle shape, which has all disappeared and I feel shockingly ill every day.

This is a desperate plea. If anyone out there can please help me to locate a doctor or hospital that is reasonably priced that can save my life I would be most grateful. While I said don't take recommendations from others, I have nothing to lose as I'm dying and would willingly pay for someone who can help with my issues ASAP.

I am really upset with myself for rushing into treatment, which I know is killing me, so please avoid doing the same at all costs.

Please refrain from telling me how stupid I have been. I know and have regretted every minute for the last 13 weeks. I am too ill to travel back and I would give anything to get my life back.

Thanks Barry
