How do I resolve issues with the Thai e-Visa photo uploads and signing terms?

Put document on table ....stand up ....take photo of document and everything around it,do not zoom in......go to edit , reduce/crop photo to just the document then save photo. ......then upload photo.....this worked for me.

But my question was about the visa I’m on now given to me in London a few months ago.

I I leave the Thailand say in December for a couple of weeks will I be able to get back in without medical insurance on the visa I have now. ???
