I have finished everything including payment now I have had this page with the blue line going over and over and over for about 35mins now ..........😩😩😩

You should now get an email with receipt, barcode etc. Print off the barcode attachment and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can click on the attachments to the right of the status 'paid fee' and print those.

Out of answers before: Open a new tab, log in and go to review your application. sometimes this pages hangs and does not continue, do not close this page before you have the confirmation on a new tab

I never used that system at all. i just search and sometimes remember some answers on this page or specially in the London On-Line application popular topics. But you can wait till an experienced member will guide you further.
