TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus from the community is that all Thai visas, including the Non Immigrant O-A visa, must be extended within Thailand at an immigration office. Users shared details about the O-A visa's duration, its multi-entry capability, and the requirements for a one-year extension, which include financial proof, specifically 800,000 baht in a Thai bank account or proof of an income of 65,000 baht per month.

How about stating when the O-A was issued, what date your current entry stamp is valid until and what the "enter before" or "must be used by" date is on the visa.
The 800k does. I don't think the 65,000 monthly currently has to be in a THAI bank just proof of that level of income. The minute they start requiring that much monthly in a THAI bank I am gone.
An Extension of Stay to an O or O-A Visa requires presenting proof of financial ability to support yourself. No police check.. The money is 800,000 baht in a Thai Bank or proof of income of 65,000 Baht a month equivalent
No - in the 2nd year of the O-A Visa, the Multi-Entry aspect is dropped.. Same in a one year Extension of Stay - you have to buy rentry permits to exit and renter Thailand to preserve your Visa or Extension
- Yes... correct... But please take note: The Non Immigrant O-A Multi- Entry visa is in actuality a 2 year visa.. Just Exit Thailand and Reenter a day or two before the First year Expiry date.. You'll be stamped back in one year out to the next Expiry date
