It's very difficult, if not impossible, for the average Thai to get a Tourist Visa to the USA. The fact she has a USA husband/boyfriend, is a big mark against her approval. Don't shoot the messenger.

I honestly think 6 months entry and 5 year validity for a cooking class, is a bit unbelievable. Also, having a Thai wife is a bit of a red flag, that you might be living in Thailand.
