I was told by the employment office in khonkean you can work on a non-0 and work permit, the non-0A obtained outside of Thailand you cannot.

You can exchange it on the app, no problem, from the fcb account to your savings

I think it depends on the account, I have a foreign currency account with bkk bank, I have to physically go in to if I want to send my aud dollars back to Australia, maybe savings accounts are different,

I use wise also, but the money for me normally gets transferred from their kasikorn bank here in Thailand, so it doesn't show as an international transfer,

Best to message wise to confirm it can be shown as an international transfer.

From my experience, if you are transferring money out you have to physically go into the bank, the minimum cost to transfer to a bank overseas is 1000 baht from memory
