Guys, come on. This is Thailand u want to use an agent as a short cut of course you are taking some risk. You are paying them to get shit done efficiently without the need to meet all the official requirements. Do you want to take that risk is only something each of you can decide. So the first time application you would need the 800K (change Tourist Visa to Non O) and get the first 12 month extension? That gets me 15 months. So after the 12 month extension is issued withdraw the 800K and start the incoming monthly THB deposits?

thanks. I’m UK so basically after canceling the work permit I can re-enter for 45 days. So it is possible to convert a tourist visa to a retirement visa in Bangkok as long as a have the insurance and bank deposit covered ?
