Hello! I am here on a DTV and need to cancel it to switch to a Non Imm B Visa. Has anyone successfully cancelled their DTV? I am specifically wondering if I can cancel it in country and then leave and come back the Non Imm B Visa. I have heard it can take up to 10 days for cancellation once requested and I would rather spend that time in Thailand than outside. Edit: looking for anyone who has actually done this process. There is a lot of speculation on what needs to be done, but I would like to know 100%

I have a question regarding the Non Imm B visa.

I am going to be employed by a BOI company.

I have applied and obtained my Non Imm B visa in Vientiane.

I then proceeded to the immigration and obtained a stamp on my passport where the office wrote Non B on the stamp.

My HR in my company tells me that the stamp is not valid and that I should get a Non IB stamp. She also says that I need to get to the origin place where the mistake was made to fix it (which is Nong Khai, I am in Bangkok)

Is it true? Can I fix the stamp in Bangkok?

Hello Friends, can a ED visa be converted to a Non Imm B visa?

I need recommendations please for an agent who can take over a NON IMM B application from tourist visa and then work permit. Bangkok based please and district is Nonthaburi for processing.

Transfer from Non Imm B Visa (with WP) to Retirement Visa O in Bangkok.

Was just quoted (by an agent) a fee of 35,000 THB + 4,000 THB for Multi entry to make the switch. It was stated my bank book would not require the 800K THB. TBH, I didnt know such a service existed.

Does anyone have 1st hand experience of doing this visa conversation themselves in Bangkok that would be kind enough to share their experience?

Hello, I have a Non Imm B Visa. I plan to fly home for a couple weeks in late March. Does anyone know if this is still just a reentry permit kind of deal or will I need to book Sha hotels and all that?

Is there a difference in the grace period after cancelling a regular Non Imm B or a BOI one? How long would that be?

I have to do my 90 days report this week. I am going to try and use the app to do it. My question is what happens at the end? I cannot print off the slip if I do it on my smartphone. I have no printer at home. Thanks everyone. Irish Passport. Non im B visa extension.

Short version: What are the current recommendations on local embassies/consulates that will process Non Imm B visas with minimum hassle/fuss and what documents do they require for a teacher?

Long Version: Just had Pathum Thani immigration deny to process a Non Imm B for an employee. When we checked with them last week they said he needed translated and certified diplomas. This week when we went to submit they added translated and certified transcripts to the requirements. Our guy doesn't have enough time left on his visa to get these and still have the Non Imm B processed here. P.T. Immigration suggested doing a land border hop to Cambodia to get 30 days and then they can process it - but I've heard Cambodia is difficult now and I'm worried the requirements could change again and don't want to get burned twice. So now I'm planning to send our employee to one of the area embassies and have the Non Imm B done there. I know Vientiane used to be the go to place but it sounds like things have gotten to be more of a hassle there. Where is the new place to go? Savannakhet? Vietnam? Burma?

Hi all, i receive S/E Non Imm B visas, and wondering how many weeks in advance of your visa expiring can you apply for a new one?

For example, if my current one expires Aug. 31, can I get a new one August 1, or do I have to wait for my currrent visa to expire?
