Did everything get canceled?? You could get questioned

It doesn’t work like that once you get a year extension you leave and return up to the end date of the extension but you’ll need the bank account and you won’t get one without a long stay visa

as long as you have a bank account with 800k in it you shouldn’t have a problem but applying in your home is much easier and the only extension would be for one year and you’ll need the money for that some offices don’t require the 800k for two months prior but some do

I have found by talking to a lot of people Jomtien is being extra tough almost like they want you to use an Agent so they can get some cash for there BMW payment

an OA is a long stay visa one year multi re entry visa if your not sure of what visas are available to enter Thailand you shouldn’t give advice to apply for a non-o in country they need 800k seasoned in a Thai bank in there names which they cannot do as they can’t open a bank account they need to apply for the non-o before they come and if they have the funds problem solved

you cannot apply for a OA in Thailand if they have there money in a bank no need for an agent at all

Just remember once you use an agent you’ll most likely always have to use an agent because you won’t have the funds to show to switch to the monthly transfers so an agent nowadays isn’t really air tight good luck

unfortunately you cannot open a bank account on a tourist visa you should go to Laos and apply for a non-o visa come back open an account and transfer in your 800 k let it sit for two full months then apply one year extension

You can extend leave and get another 60 days which you can extend again and leave and re enter just before it expires you’ll need a bank account with 800k baht in it for two full months to apply for a non-o retirement visa
