Yeah. I saw a lot of Thai people got their account blocked by bank and must provide proof of income. They can't open any new bank also as their ID is shared among other bank.

I think it would be now way harder for foreigner to get bank of short stay visa.

Something must be wrong. Because no way TM .30 can be provided before you stay at a place in Thailand.

You may request your employer to write in Thai state the place you are going to stay in Thailand and it is impossible to request tm 30 when you are not staying in accommodation yet.

In the end, money goes to her account and that's considered business activities which require proper business set up.

Any activity that make you earn money in Thailand require work permit. After some transaction abroad. Your income transaction will be blocked by bank and must be declared at bank using related documents. And that also includes paperwork to prove that your business is legally opened in Thailand and you are legal worker.

In southern Thailand where I am from, women are mostly like this. They see core value in a man than money. Barely find woman who look to marry foreigner for money. My circle who have relationship with foreigner are from proper high income family background, getting educated, have lived abroad, earn on their own. But get simple marriage. I am from normal family, if I ever say to my mom 'my husband give money' She would always say 'Reject and dont take his money. Ask me if you don't have' 😂

Usually they sell as cheap as in supermarket. B Sometimes I tell them to keep change. (I am Thai)

Less complicated way is to attend motorbike class at driving school for around 2,000-3,000 THB attend class for 2-3 days then the school will issue certificate. Use that cert to get motobike license at DLT.
