Where can I get a medical certificate for a Thai driving license in Bangkok and how long does it take?

If it's anything like the medical certificate I got for mine it takes 30 seconds. They check you have two arms and two legs and give you the certificate. Am sure the hospitals provide the service and there are places outside the government building were you get the license that provide the service mate. Good luck.

they looked to be being flexible on Non B visas but not Non O. I did the same. Things may change though. More than happy to do a border bounce if they open the borders.

my letter stated specifically for a Non immigration Visa but they still stated it cannot be issued inside the country
