Does anyone have a direct link Thai or English to the announcement in October that when the last Amnesty ended on 31st and you had a letter from your embassy then you could apply for a 60 day extension afterwards.

I remember one saying indefinite 60 day extensions until the borders returned to normal.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about a direct link to the announcement regarding the end of the October Amnesty and the ability to apply for a 60-day visa extension with a letter from an embassy. There is also mention of 'indefinite' extensions until borders return to normal, alongside a comment expressing that no information was found regarding 'indefinitely'.

It's always at IO's discretion. Also, words (quote) fly away, (official) writings remain.

Have a nice day.

it was a quote by an immigration official when this was announced. Saw it a few times and said in a case by case basis
