Has anyone recently flown back to the UK on Thai Airways or know someone who has after the rule change a few weeks ago, that doesn't require a pre departure test or filling out the locator form.

My question is, are there any conditions of carriage by Thai Airways for a test before the flight or do they just follow the requirements of the destination country.

it's out of date. It's says you need a test and fill out the locator form as per government requirements and that's not true as of two weeks ago.
