Oh you are using an agent for the condo rental, i see. What province are you in? I was not asked for rental agreements on an ED visa. Not until I changed to retiree.

why are you using an agent if you are doing an ED visa? Typically the school will work with you to get the visa items sorted out.

Also you cannot change from Education visa to Elite visa until 3 years after your Education visa has expired. Don't know why, but that's the rule as I understand it.
