depends on the office. My first one they required the 800k matured for 2 months before application, a bank book updated on the day of application, a printout of the last 2 months of bank activity signed by the bank on the day of the application, documentation that all the 800k came from overseas signed by the bank, a rental agreement, a TM30 filed, the application itself, my passport, and my physical presence at the immigration office... i think that's all but i might be forgetting something.
Go to the office and ask them, and take a thai speaking friend with good english with you
