When will the land border with Cambodia open for travel?

Any word on when the land border with Cambodia may open?   I'd like to visit Angkor Wat but right now the only way to get there that I am aware of is fly from BKK to Phnom Penh and then fly again to Seim Reap.   I would prefer to simply get a car and cross the land border, but as far as I can tell it's still closed.

Any advice or insight?  Thanks

I do not believe this route is currently being serviced. There used to be direct flights on several airlines but they are mostly discontinued because of Covid.

Looking at the Thai Smile website they do not show any flights direct between the two.

there are apparently travel restrictions inside cambodia as well. My plan B was fly BKK to Phnom Penh and then take a car or bus to Angkor, but I'm having trouble finding accurate information about internal travel issues.

weird..... I was looking for myself end of March and there were flights. Opted to go to pnh instead. Bummer, in that case please ignore my comment. Landborders are still closed.

they should fly twice a week. Service resumed on March 3. Maybe they pulled them again due to lack of travellers. But they definitely restarted them post-covid last month
