Just signed a contract for a condo. This has fallen in line with me applying for an educational visa.
The visa requires the owner to send me a copy/picture of the bluebook of owner address and bluebook of the condo.
My agent is saying that because this is a personal document the owner might not send, if this is the case is there anything I can do as I won't be able to get my visa unless he sends it over.
Thanks again everyone.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for an educational visa in Thailand and requires a copy of the condo owner's blue book. There are concerns that the owner may not provide this document, which is essential for the visa application. Comments from the community clarify that the blue book is not a personal document and is needed for completing the TM30 form. It’s emphasized that the owner should provide this information as part of the rental agreement, and hesitance may indicate issues with tax compliance related to rental income. Suggestions include ensuring the landlord's cooperation or possibly considering a different rental if compliance cannot be secured.
When an agent or owner refuses to provide what is needed to do a TM30, it typically suggests that they are not reporting the rental income to avoid paying taxes. This has been the case for many years.
But now, at least at Jomtien immigration, a TM30 filed after your most recent re-entry is required to do just about anything. So if your landlord is not giving you what you need to do a TM30, it could be a big problem for you, I think.
Oh you are using an agent for the condo rental, i see. What province are you in? I was not asked for rental agreements on an ED visa. Not until I changed to retiree.
I don't know whether it is a legal requirement, but I would explain that you must have it or you cannot continue, because you must have it for Thai immigration.
They should not refuse to send a photocopy in black and white.
