TLDR : Answer Summary
To file a 90-day report in Thailand while residing with your Thai wife, you need to submit the appropriate documents to your immigration office. Essential items include your passport and the TM30 form, which may require your wife's property documentation. Some expats suggest visiting the immigration office in person, while others have mentioned the possibility of doing the process online or at a drive-through immigration service. It's also advised to book an appointment online if you're located in Bangkok to minimize wait times.
I'm in the same situation....I do the TM30 myself (with my wife's documentation), print out the pdf, take that and my passport to the immigration office in BKK. Note - if in BKK be sure to book online for immigration appointment, it will save you several hours.

My son just goes to a drive through, shows his passport, job done.
he replied directly to me, and asked which one, I can only reply about the one my son used. He didn't ask me to list every immigration office with drive through in Thailand. You seem focused on arguing and correcting everything I say. Very strange .
Phuket, that's the one my son used. Someone annoyed about my reply wants you to know there are 85 immigration offices, but he failed to say if any have drive through. 🤦
Who owns the property is not relevant to your 90-day report. You file with whatever is required by your immigration office. Likely a TM30, application form, passport, etc. Unless you've already filed one before and then you can do it online.
Yes I understand how I file. Although I can't do it online because my address has changed and any new address requires in-person filing.
Normally I take a copy of my lease. But I don't have a lease. So what documentation are they going to want to see? Chanote and a marriage certificate? Updated Marriage registration? What do they need.
Also I believe my wife has to setup an account and file her part of it?
yes, i tried that with my marriage visa. They referred me to the website which had a listing of things. I gathered them all and went to immigration. They informed me that the website is wrong and handed me a hard-copy of their actual requirements. And yes, it was the same IO that I had called and asked and was reffered to the website.
So what I've learned to do is gather as much information as I can before I drive an hour to the IO in my province.
that is a distinct thing from your 90 day report although you may need a copy of it to bring to immigration. Your wife should have filed a TM30 within 24 hours of you arriving to stay at her house. She can do this online
