TLDR : Answer Summary
To submit a 90-day report while living with a Thai spouse, you need to follow the reporting process set by your local immigration office. Essential documents include the TM30 form, your application form, and your passport. The ownership of property by your Thai spouse does not affect the filing process. If you have previously submitted a report, you may be able to file online. Some individuals have found it convenient to use drive-through services for quick reporting.
he replied directly to me, and asked which one, I can only reply about the one my son used. He didn't ask me to list every immigration office with drive through in Thailand. You seem focused on arguing and correcting everything I say. Very strange .
Phuket, that's the one my son used. Someone annoyed about my reply wants you to know there are 85 immigration offices, but he failed to say if any have drive through. ๐คฆ
Who owns the property is not relevant to your 90-day report. You file with whatever is required by your immigration office. Likely a TM30, application form, passport, etc. Unless you've already filed one before and then you can do it online.
Yes I understand how I file. Although I can't do it online because my address has changed and any new address requires in-person filing.
Normally I take a copy of my lease. But I don't have a lease. So what documentation are they going to want to see? Chanote and a marriage certificate? Updated Marriage registration? What do they need.
Also I believe my wife has to setup an account and file her part of it?
