I listened to some advice from people here and a short consultation from a visa agent

I have visited Kasikorn Bank in market village Hua Hin and after 45 minutes I am now a proud owner of a bank account. They were lovely and didn't question any of my paperwork. They tried to sell me house insurance but I have declined until I do some research in this matter. Any advice would be welcomed

I will just have to wait and see then. All of my paperwork is in order so I can't see why they would refuse but who knows

it was on the form but I didn't fill it in and they still accepted it but I would have it handy in case

thanks for all your input Max. Just got 2 x cor's which was simple as well

I have registered and am on the final page I can't seem to find much clarity for the final 2 documents to be sent to them via a photo of them. I am going to put a copy of my passport and copy of my blue book and see what happens
