it's not sorted I had to travel from sakon nakhon to pattaya and then back and it's still locked nearly a month since I went,it's been locked 6 weeks 🙉🙉

I only realised when I went to pay for a parcel delivered to my house I'd already checked my account see what money I had in,I went to scan for my parcel wouldn't accepted it so I paid cash then looked at my account again and the message came up 🙉🙉

you tell me 🙉they wanted me to stay in pattaya until it was sorted,I went to the bank the next day put my mrs on the phone she said I want my husband home tomorrow,she has 3 accounts with them and said close my accounts and transfer the money to kasikorn,they asked her not to close the accounts told me to go back to sakon nakhon and they will contact us by phone 🤣🤣🤣

exactly same as you had to travel from sakon nakhon to pattaya nearly 3 weeks ago still not heard anything 🙉🙉

I travelled from sakon nakhon to pattaya they told me to wait in pattaya for a decision the second day I went back waited 1 and half hours and eventually got to a teller,I phoned my wife gave the teller my phone my wife said I want my husband home I've got 3 accounts I want to draw all the money out and close the accounts,the teller asked her not to close the accounts and 20 minutes later I was told go home we will contact you by phone,I was on a flight out of there the next day 🤣🤣

they don't give you prior notice they lock the account and give you 30 days to go to the branch you opened the account at and once you've produced all the documentation they require you can still wait up to 3 weeks 🙉
