Dante especially when they told my wife on the helpline just bring passbook and passport my phone was already linked to the account,3 hours drive to udon thani,overnight stay in hotel,airport 9am next morning and fly to utapao airport rayong,40 minute taxi ride to pattaya,3 nights in hotel and do it all in reverse at my expense🙉🙉

Matt Sheumack yep happened to me when leaving the uk with emirates,I had a return flight booked for 60 days after I landed in thailand when it was a 30 stamp,I had to get a supervisor an explain I was retiring and if I didn't get my retirement visa I would get 30 day extension and leave 🙉

My BKK account got locked last year for 7 weeks,I was given NO notice.I had to travel from sakon nakhon to pattaya to the branch I opened the account at, I was told just bring passport and passbook,I got to the counter and was given a list of what was required,I phoned my mrs and put her on the phone she said she had 3 accounts and if it wasn't sorted straight away she wanted the money out of her accounts and close them😊they told me it will be sorted and I could travel back to sakon nakhon 🤣🤣originally they told me I would have to stay in pattaya until it was sorted,ive now opened an account with kasikornbank 😊😊

Dave Allen yep its more likely the airline will refuse you like you said,they are liable if you land and you don't depart 😊
