I will be applying for my first non-0 Extension based on marriage in a few months. Anyone know if immigrations will come to inspect our house again like they did for the initial Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires whether Thai immigration will conduct a home inspection for a NON-O visa extension based on marriage. Responses vary, with some suggesting that home visits occur randomly or yearly, while others share personal experiences indicating that not all applicants face home inspections during their extension process. It is advised to check directly with the local Thai immigration office for specific policies.

It is hard to say, each office has different ideas about that, personally in all the years I have had my visa, we were only visited on the first year, but that is in Cha-am Phetchaburi province, so your province may be different.

Have extended by this method many times now, sometimes they visit other times not, last time they did not require the photographs, everywhere different, Here i am required to show my bank book showing at least 100,000B in it, There nothing about this on the requirements

It's a bit random tbh, I know some folk who've had several visits and interviews at the IO but we've never had a visit and only had 1 interview at the IO which was just a casual chit chat with my wife and our neighbour who was there as our witness.
when you go to the immigration office and apply for the year extension, they'll tell you if they're going to do a home visit or not.
OR
have your thai wife call them and ask before you go apply for the extension if you want to know earlier

Suggest you ask your Thai Immigration office for their answer to your question.
Many offices do make a home visitation yearly or randomly.
Hopefully you still are Married to Thai and living with your Thai spouse.
You did not say where you are living in Thailand or the Thai Immigration office you use. That information would be helpful for others to respond with their experiences
