TLDR : Answer Summary
The extension for your 90-day visa, based on marriage, will start the day your current visa expires, January 31, as long as you provide the same paperwork required for your previous extension. It's important to apply before the expiration date and include new photos.

If you're on a 90 day visa then you're not on an extension.
If you're on a visa and you apply for an extension, the time is added to the end of your current stay as long as the extension is based on the same reason as your current stamp.
