You must be a share holder and Managing Director to get a one year Multi-Entry B Visa in Penang and the same title must be typed in your Work Petmit. In Kota Bharu Director will do. Normally you Apply for your Work Petmit Before you go apply for your B Visa. If you are getting 90 single entry B visas - a bit easier

When purchased at a Thai Consulate the financial qualification is the Equivalent of 800,000 Baht in the US Dollar. I would be surprised if an alternate of 65,000 Baht a month is an option
